Sažetak
Internal communication is the foundation of every organization and has a significant impact on positive business. The paper presents the results of the research on the causes of inadequate internal communication according to the respondents’ opinion. In the research, the following possible causes have been defined: unavailability and insufficient flow of information, poor communication due to inadequate employee training, and poor communication due to unproductive and long-lasting meetings. Hypotheses have been established and confirmed and the results showed that respondents found all three causes of inadequate internal communication in practice.
