Sažetak
Due diligence analysis or process is a process that is being carried out to provide a wealth of information about a company that wants to be bought or sell, when choosing a business partner, in process of merging or acquisition.. This is the so-called dubious recording of companies conducted by experts to minimize all risks in all forms of business expansion. Precisely different due diligence areas minimize various types of risks. Due diligence is a tool that enables the quality of business decisions to be made in business combinations, it is a valorisation and detailed examination, as well as getting to know all aspects of business. Due diligence process demands and combines a multitude of knowledge and techniques in the implementation process itself, ensuring a realistic insight into the company's situation and minimizing risk. Methods and techniques that can be applied in the due diligence process are numerous but one of the method applicable in the due diligence process is the FMEA method. The FMEA method is a systematic methodology for a relatively high level of risk ranking, helps the organization to focus and understand the impact of potential risks, and in combination with due diligence process it is in the function of minimizing risk.
