Sažetak
Conservation and restoration Department, Arts Academy in Split was the first who began with CT and MSCT imaging of art work in Croatia. The work presented three scanned art objects from Department Workshop: Wooden sculpture of St. Anton from Kastel Novi, Wooden Crucifix from Lopud and Fragment of the amphora’s neck from Stari Grad. MSCT technology has become a common diagnostic method in the investigations of structural layers of various ancient objects in Conservation and Restoration Department in Split. The data obtained by MSCT imaging provide conservators with complete accurate insight into the surface and inner state of art and reveal the technology of making the objects in full detail and a full surface and internal 3D objects documentation.
