Sažetak
This volume of Proceedings from the RILEM SMSS 2019 conference provides an opportunity for eager readers to engage with a selection of peer-reviewed papers that were presented within the segment Energy Efficient Building Design and Legislation. The segment was focused on different aspects of energy high-performing, healthy and sustainable built environment such as enhancing energy performance and indoor comfort in buildings ; heat transfer problems ; legislation framework and policies for energy efficiency in buildings ; Building Information Modelling (BIM) for energy modelling applications ; hygrothermal performance of building materials and elements ; building envelope materials and systems for energy retrofitting ; and sustainability through recycling. The segment brought together scientific and professional community to present the results of their research, findings and innovation, but even more important to discuss future challenges and opportunities across the rapidly evolving fields of energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings.
