Sažetak
Making road traffic networks functiondependably in winter in most countries of Middle Europe is a concern for about four months during the year. The tasks of winter service in the whole, represent a logistical chain. Winter service work is defined and its implementation is assured by tactical decisions. By operational decisions the described tasks in different levels of readiness are implemented. In this work the specific models and methods that provide traffic logistic officers the ability to make optimal decisions at levels (strategic, operational, tactical) in winter service work will be given.
