Sažetak
Historical swerves in understanding of liberalism, constant levity among the needs for the state intervention and freedom of an individual as an actuator definitely in not behind us. But the advocates of inability of the state as the reason for its influence are nowadays, more than ever, in search of arguments that could be worthy opponents ti the activities that we are witnesses of today - the new information era of the economic development, the globalization era. Active national economy politics was one of the preconditions and the basic reason for the beginning of information technology science development, and when the development resulted in the whole world networking, the needs for competitiveness put the state again in the position of the main actor in co.creating not only national but also the worlds global market and economy. How are centers of international equity and financial worlds moguls going to contest these facts and defend neoliberal theses in the new information technology era with an enormous gap between the poor and the rich, with unequal information level of all actors at the global level, with all the weaknesses of the corporative system that we can, after all, feel even today through the world crisis on the global market?
