Sažetak
This paper presents acoustical and electrical measurements of analog output MEMS microphones. Microphones were measured using the simultaneous comparison method with a class 1 reference microphone. Measured parameters included sensitivity, frequency response, dynamic range, linearity and directivity. The results showed that measured MEMS microphones are suitable for use in microphone arrays and general use as acoustic sensors, but certain limitations should be taken into account
