Sažetak
Current learning management systems on the market have significant limitations when used in corporate environment. This paper is an analysis of the most common problems with LMS systems in an entreprise environment based on many elearning projects done by Algebra d.o.o. in the past six years. LMS system architecture and user interface imperfections proved to be very time- consuming, which caused great losses in financial construction of large elearning projects. Possible solutions are presented in a form of guidelines for system architects and developers. Main goal of this article is to help LMS system architects in the development of efficient LMS systems. It is a result of many elearning projects that demonstrated common problems within the elearning system.
