Sažetak
Otfried Preußler is one of the most frequently translated German writers for children and young people. The Croatian editions of his novels were published in the same sequence as the German originals, but 50 years after them. A comparison of the texts of all three published Croatian translations with the source texts reveals the ways in which paratextual elements have been transmitted into the target texts, and the procedures used to mediate mainly culture-related content.
