Sažetak
Decision makers are often relying on results of business analysis while making decisions about future actions. Large part of such analysis relates to analysis of financial statements, including vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements, and analysis of financial indicators(liquidity, leverage, profitability, etc.). However, decision makers and stakeholders seek additional information on social and environmental performance. Such information are contained in non-financial reports which provide different non-financial indicators that could be useful while conducting wider business analysis. Therefore, financial analysis could be supplemented with non-financial indicators, and better information on economic, environmental and social performance of a company could be prepared. Main objective of this study was to present several case studies of business analysis by combining financial analysis and analysis of nonfinancial indicators. Case study analysis has shown that non-financial indicators can be used in business analysis and that economic, environmental and social performance are linked. Better financial performance is associated with better environmental and social performance.
