Sažetak
Starting from the conceptualization of the independent cultural scene in Zagreb as a “netdom” (Harrison White), the main idea of the article is to develop a methodological approach that combines qualitative and quantitative data analysis. It relies on a qualitative structural analysis of 30 semi-structured narrative interviews, which were conducted with key protagonists of the independent cultural scene in the 1990's during 2016 and 2017. The analysis gives new insight into the structure of the scene, its main concentrators and the nature of their ties, as well as the dynamics of the network of the independent scene throughout the 1990's and into the new millennium. The results of the qualitative structural analysis are further supplemented by interpretations of network visualizations of one of the concentrators of the scene - the WHW curatorial collective.
