Sažetak
Inefficient processes and the lack of standardization in the introduction of ICT (IT education) into the education system persuaded the authors to define the project proposal for education informatization. The paper presents an analysis of the influence of information technology (IT) on the complex changes in society. Processes that sustain regulatory compliance of IT education program are criticized to illustrate the efficiency and performance ratio and to suggest methods to increase the value of decision-making in the choice of program content and methods of introducing ICT into education. There are suggested factors contributing to better engagement and communication, as well as strategies to increase involvement and improve communication in the process of computerization of education. Case studies and research in world theory and practice indicate that failure to introduce information processes would lead to tiredness and distraction, which would increase the possibility of the incident. Recommendations relate to building of an organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and improves communication through standardization and implementation of technology and educational method. Expected results refer to more efficient use of resources leading to safer and more productive ICT education.
