Sažetak
In this paper key presumptions and prerequisites of e-cluster organization and sustain development in TIMES technology sectors (TIMES - Telecommunication, Information technology, Multimedia, Entertainment, Security) are analyzed and how can integrate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the e- cluster. E-clustering is macroeconomic policy and strategy with crucial impact on horizontal and vertical integration of SMEs in TIMES sectors and regional development. Possibilities of vertical eclusters and building new value added e-chains as opposed horizontal e-clusters and their entering in large supply chain are compared. Innovation and knowledge are presented as drivers of horizontal and vertical e-cluster development.
