Sažetak
The application of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for biotechnological and diagnostical purposes needs well characterized antibody preparations with identical biochemical and antigen binding properties. Chromatography on hydroxylapatite is a suitable method for the purification of mAbs under very mild conditions. By using hydroxylapatite HPLC (HA- HPLC) we tried to characterize different mAbs.
