Sažetak
This comparativist study situates a Croatian and an Irish poet within their common European artistic climate. It places them in the cultural milieu of their respective countries at the end, or rather the turn of the century - about one hundred yyears ago. The author's purpose is to trace parallel features in the work of both poets, particularly with regard to their understanding of myth as an expression of nationhood.
