Sažetak
Construction Project Monitoring is very important for binding together the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning work process on successful projects and allows the project team to function as an integrated unit. Project Monitoring cycle of any construction project begins with definition of project scope. Scope definition includes physical scope, responsibility division and cost and schedule estimate. It follows with execution plan consisting of budget, schedule and methods. Then monitoring plan by cost and schedule. After then, evaluating deviations by identifications, trending, forecasting, reporting and ends with implementing corrective actions which include budget adjustment, schedule adjustment and method adjustments.
