Sažetak
Rich and diverse cultural heritage, appealing landscapes and scenery, the splendour of historical heritage of various periods and a broad variety of events are only some of the elements that represent the prerequisites to developing a tourism product. A destination that possesses any combination of these elements can attract tourists and visitors. New attractions are constantly emerging or being designed with the aim of meeting the needs of tourists/visitors for experiences, leisure, travel, etc. Tourist attractions generate a major part of revenue in tourism today. The purpose of this paper is to identify tourist attractions in the town of Labin and in its environs and to indicate the wide opportunities that exist for their further development.
