Sažetak
Zinc (Zn) and Iron (Fe) are essential elements equally important for human health and regular development of plants. Upraise of their concentrations in wheat seed as the most important food crops one can influence on the nutrition status and decrease of their deficiency in human organism. The easiest and the fastest way of their increase is by adding zinc and iron in the form of organic and inorganic chemical compound before sowing and by the leaf in faze of intensive growth or at the beginning of flourishing. The most applicated chemical compounds are ZnSO4 and FeSO4 which efficiency increasing with sufficient nitrogen supply (N).
