Sažetak
FosterREG aims to build the capacity of public institutions to incorporate energy efficiency measures in the planning, management and financing of integrated urban regeneration. To achieve this objective improvement of horizontal integration between the different departments of the public administrations, as well as multilevel coordination is needed. The project is developed in The Netherlands, Croatia and Spain. Work Package 4 “Capacity building” focuses on the planning and deploying of the appropriate training activities, as well as on the creation of the necessary materials. The most relevant target audiences at national and European levels will be identified as a result of the previous tasks, a training plan will be developed, and specific materials and modules will be developed for them to address the previously identified barriers, as well as to take advantage of the most promising opportunities, through improvements in multilevel coordination, regulation, management and financing.
