Sažetak
The FosterREG project aims at enhancing public capacity at local, regional, national and European levels to plan, finance and manage integrated urban regeneration for sustainable energy uptake, through capacity building, promotion and articulation of effective multilevel coordination. The Collaborative Analysis Approach (CAA) is aimed at developing solutions and strategies for improved integration of energy efficiency in urban regeneration projects together with stakeholders at the local, regional and national level in three National Clusters in Europe. The collaborative analysis approach has been designed in such a manner that the documentation and workshop reports developed throughout the collaborative analysis are each section of the Integrated Report.
