Sažetak
A reliable method for the simultaneous identification and quantification of coccolithophorids has been developed. The method includes the combined use of Hoffman modulation contrast, polarized light, differential interference contrast (DIC-Nomarsky), epifluorescence and specially designed thin Uthermohl chambers.
