Sažetak
By using the critical legal studies methodology, this contribution researches whether there is room to allege that there is ideology in the reasoning of courts, especially the Court of Justice of the European Union. It starts from the premise of indeterminacy of law which necessitates interpretation in order to understand the meaning of a legal rule for the purposes of adjudication.
