Sažetak
Focusing on the particular case of the Naval base Homs in Lybia, the presentation discusses models of urbanity "exported" by Croatian architects, as a result of the political relationships established within the Non-Aligned Movement. At the same time it examines the specific character of naval bases, primarily including their possible role in the process of spatial and urban planning as well as in urban renewal.
