Sažetak
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of financialization from the company's perspective and looks at its consequences presented in financial statements The aim of the paper is to analyze the effects of financialization on the activity of listed companies in Croatia and Poland. Theoretical deliberations based on a review of literature and current legislation inspired the authors to analyze financial statements of listed companies in Croatia and Poland. The aim of the empirical study is to identify the effect of financialization on business activity of Croatian and Polish companies.
