Sažetak
One of the fundamental differences between the ISO 9002: 1996 and ISO 9001: 2000 quality assurance model is in the types of specification. ISO 9001: 2000, in addition to initial determinations (strategies, quality policies and quality goals), requires and defines the mission and vision of the company. The paper gives definitions and consistency of the mission, vision, strategy, policy and quality goals of the company. Depending on the extent to which consistency is achieved, the position of the company on the market will also depend.
