Sažetak
The changes of substructure in final thermomechanical treatment of niobium microalloyed steel strip were studied. A low carbon steel microalloyed with 0.048% Nb was thermomechanical rolled on an industrial mill with selected parameters on each rolling stand, especially by the finishing rolling. The results obtained in the investigation show the induce deformation formed precipitates niobium carbonate in final thermo mechanical treatment. With the implementation two exploited methods and with parallel samples tested the possibility to produce same steel strip results a confirmed. This discover the mechanism of beginning induce deformation precipitate. It is proved that the beginning by the induce deformation precipitate continued at the dislocations, at the end of its shape. This precipitates are too small, about to 10 nm.
