Sažetak
Diagnosis of hypersensitivty to aspirin and other drugs represent one of the major problem in allergology. The purpose od the present study was to investigated the concordance between result obtain4ed with skin scratch test (SCR) and cellular antigen stimulation test (CAST). Our Data reveal that CAST is a more sensitive test, and associated with elevated levels of sLT prosuction in patients with markedly positive (++) CSR test.
