Sažetak
Improvement of software maintenance requires objective evaluation of the process performance. This paper presents a method for simulation of telecommunication software maintenance. Simulation is a cost-effective technique that provides an insight into process design before investing into its changes. The proposed method allows efficient comparison of alternative process designs without the risks associated with the experiments in real life. The method is applicable to different telecommunication and other software processes to be analyzed and improved.
