Sažetak
Croatian economic development has significantly disrupted by the negative impact of the global economic crisis, and especially by the poor management of previous governments. Thus, for instance, all previous governments were advocate closure of production activities, and preferred development of trade and financial sector with the sale of national resources or their submission to their political eligible associates or strangers, all under the excuse of transformation and privatization. In that way, Croatia has not been successfully developed and its national development increasingly slowed down. In regard to this, at this present moment there is a necessity promoting new social and economic processes within of which the application of marketing is one of the most important links of these new developments. Resolving increased social and economic problems, require urgent action that should be done with a professional, overall and permanent marketing activity.
