Sažetak
There are made an overview of narcotics use in Croatia and narcotics policy, an overview of substantive criminalizations of behaviours relating to narcotics in Croatia jurisdiction, with reference to the particularities of those offences. Also, it was presented an overview of any pertinent criminal procedural regulations which exist in national jurisdiction which are specially oriented on criminal law enforcement in the domain of narcotics offences, with special reference to sanctions for drug use. Institutional arrangements was pointed out with respect to narcotics use and addiction, including modes of collaboration between diverse public and private institutions which may be involved in the implementation of national narcotics policies.
