Sažetak
Psoriasis vulgaris is primarily an iherited inflammatory skin disease of acute exanthematic like Psoriasis guttata or chronic stationary course. Psoriasis affecting skin, nails and joints. Psoriasis usually begins between the ages of 10 and 30, some what earlier in females. It s rare before puberty. Clinical observations have revealed many modes of exogenous provocation in Psoriasis vulgaris: physical factors like friction, injury, vaccination, surgical scars. Chemical factors: chronic degenerative skin damage. Inflammatory dermatoses with epidermal involvement: herpes zoster, dyshidroses, impetigo contagiosa. Endogenous provocation of clinical manifestations like infectious diseases, drugs, pregnancy, diet and stress. The preferred sites for psoriasis vulgaris are the extensor surfaces of the extremities, particularly the elbow and the knee as well as the lumbar area and the scalp. However, Psoriasis vulgaris can occur on any part of the skin. Seborrheic eczema is a chronic dermatosis occuring in patients with seborrhea of the scalp in areas of the skin rich in sebaceous glands and in intertriginous areas. There are not many reports in the literature, ocular finding (dry eye) is occur in patients who have psoriasis vulgaris and seborrheic eczema. With this paperwork we want to show our own results on attendance Syndroma dry eye among patients with psoriasis and seborrheic eczema. Patients with diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris and seborrheic eczema will be submitt to oftalmological examination: TBUT (tear break time test), National Eye Institute (NEI) stein greading testom and Schirmerovim test for an objective evacuation of presence of dry eye. Subjective view of dry eye will be estimat with Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) question mark. Given results will show frequancy of objective signs and subjective simptoms of dry eye among patients with psoriasis vulgaris and seborrheic eczema adding it will show the need and importance of oftalmological examination at clinical analysis and patients monitorings.
