Sažetak
A change in climate recorded during Late Antiquity (4th - 6th c. AD) could have been a trigger of landscape change on and around Crikvenica - Igralište site in Kvarner bay. Thick sediment layers covering this site possibly indicate at least two episodes of extreme flooding which can be, with caution, dated to the 4th or the transition to the 5th c. AD.
