Sažetak
The Republic of Croatia has an integrated approach to the prevention and suppression of terrorism. The legal framework against terrorism includes relevant international and regional documents and provisions of national legislation. At the international level, the Republic of Croatia is an active member of the Global Anti- Terrorism Coalition. As regards the international agreements and conventions concerning the fight against terrorism, the Republic of Croatia has ratified UN counter- terrorism conventions and protocol. In the process of alignment of Croatian legislation with the legal norms of the European Union, Croatia has achieved complete harmonization with the Framework Council Decision on Combating Terrorism of June 2002, the Framework Decision on the European Arrest Warrant and other documents of EU’s counter-terrorism acquis.
