Sažetak
The main objective of lecture is overview of the available literature data on interaction of fullerol C60(OH)24 nanoparticles (FNP) and mycotoxigenic fungi. Only by comprehensive research the mechanism of FNP action on mycotoxigenic fungi can be fully determined and general scientific opinion on FNP and mycotoxigenic fungi interaction can be established. This will be very helpful for increase of food and feed safety.
