Sažetak
Proliferation of GNSS receivers across Intelligent Transport Systems gains momentum, with deployment of services such as the EU-wide eCall. In-vehicle positioning devices may serye a novel purpose in provision observations related to the quality of satellite-based positioning. Here we propose a system and a methodology for voluntary collection of anonymised stationary raw GNSS pseudorange measurements from the Android-based vehicle systems for the purpose of continuous monitoring of GNSS positioning performance within the ITS. The proposed system would be capable of identification of both naturally and artificially caused GNSS positioning performance degradation through utilisation of dedicated machine learning-based anomaly detection methods. Given that, the ITS may become a contributor to protection of the national infrastructure, of which the satellite navigation systems are important components.
