Sažetak
This study examines the impact of transformational leadership behaviors on organizational commitment. A primary research was conducted among 109 employees in Croatia. The relationships between variables have been analyzed by using correlation and regression analysis. Research results are consistent with previous findings and confirm a positive and statistically significant relationship between supervisors’ transformational leadership behavior and subordinates’ organizational commitment. However, facets of transformational leadership were not confirmed as significant predictors of organizational commitment in Croatia, a former socialist country. As a result, possible reasons for such finding are discussed.
