Sažetak
Rad se bavi temeljnim obilježjima filozofije dijaloga (dijalogike) Martina Bubera. Izložena su bitna obilježja dijaloga, odnosa, odnosno susreta, onako kako ih izražava Buber kroz ja-ti i ja-ono stav. Sagledan je pedagoški pristup utemeljen na filozofiji dijaloga te ukazano na asimetričnost odgojno-obrazovnog odnosa, ulogu odgajatelja koji bi odnos trebao sagledavati kroz prizmu odgojenika, odgojiteljeve bitne osobne i profesionalne kvalifikacije. Istaknuta je važnost odgoja osobne i društvene odgovornosti kroz odgoj stvaralaštva i zajedništva. Uočeno je da dijalogika ima niz dodirnih točaka s waldorfskom pedagogijom, a istaknute su: odgoj duhovnosti i moralno-etički odgoj, neposredno iskustvo s prirodom, zadovoljavanje dnevnih potreba, specifičnost razvoja socijalnih kompetencija, upoznavanje fenomena svijeta i čovjeka kroz odgoj umjetnošću, inzistiranje na indirektnom poučavanju bez analitičko-racionalnog te stvaranje uvjeta za samoodgoj.

The text illustrates the foundations of the philosophy of dialogue by Martin Buber. Explanations are given of the crucial elements of the dialogue, the relationship, the encounter, as expressed by Buber through the concepts of the I-Thou and the I-It attitude. The educational approach based on the philosophy of dialogue is depicted in the text. Further emphasis is put on the quality of the assimetrical nature of the educational relationship and the requirement that the educator be capable of seeing the relationship through the eye of the educated, as well as on the importance of the educator’s personal and professional qualifications. The importance of the education of personal and social responsibility through through cultivation of productivity and sense of community has been highlighted. The philosophy of dialogue and encounter is linked to the waldorf education based on several aspects with an emphasis on the education of spirituality and the moral and ethical education, immediate experience in the nature, the fulfilment of the daily life needs, and the modalities of the development of social competencies. Particular importance is given to the experience of the phenomena of the human being and the world through the education by way of arts. Importance is attached to the insisting on indirect learning, free of the analytical-rational approach, as well as on how to provide conditions for the self-education.
