Sažetak
The paper examines the use of probability markers in advertising claims. Specifically, the effectiveness of advertising claims which contain hedges, pledges, or no probability markers is examined on participants with varying degrees of tolerance for ambiguity to find out which types of examined claims are more effective for people who are lowly- or highly-tolerant.
