Sažetak
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a procedure by which team analyses of potential methods and ways of manifestation, effects and causes of failure in designing and manufacturing process and carried out. The paper specifically deals with FMEA as applied to concrete stell production, particulary the production of corrugated concrete rod. Based on the data obtained by the FMEA analysis the Risk Priority Number has been calculated indicating the degree of risk in the failure occurrence, which allows efficient corrective measures aimed at the product quality improvenment to be taken.
