Gianni Angelo Grohovaz, a historical figure for Italian-Canadians, left as his literary and cultural legacy a number of articles, reviews, prose works, poetry, and radio editorials. These are the products of decades of Grohovaz’s work within the Italian community in Canada. As such, they sum up the story of a life and, through that story, the memory of a population marked by the suffering of exile and emigration. This article looks at two very different collections of Grohovaz’s works – his poetry gathered in the volume Per ricordar le cose che ricordo and his editorials on CHIN Radio gathered in the volume ... e con rispetto parlando è al microfono gianni grohovaz
