Sažetak
In Chinese: The privatisation process started in 1991, and was happening throughout four phases. From 1991 to 1994, from 1994 to 1998, from 1998 to 2000, and from 2000 forwards. In that period different crimes happened, some in form of corruption and financial crimes which were connected to corruption, but also in form of other fraud cases. Regulation have changed, during that period till today and their number had increased significantly due to the fact of proclaimed political will for prevention, suppression and fighting corruption, and some sever financial and economic crimes. Corruption criminal offences and economic and financial criminal offences are stipulated in Croatian Criminal Code, but lots of other connected issues are regulated with other different codes which will be mentioned in the paper. Corruption and financial crime cases have a great impact to the Croatia’s economy, so at the end will be presented the amounts of the confiscated proceed of crime (pecuniary gain) for the last two years in Croatia.
