Sažetak
Education is powerful tool of change in context of sustainable development and society in general. In wider manner, it is defined as the socialisation process that involves knowledge gain, skills learning, as well as process of creation and acceptance of moral values. The role of education in many countries is improvement of the main dimensions of national development ; the development of individuals, economy, political development, cultural and ecological development. Its main goal is improvement of the overall population quality of life. The most general long-term goals of education and education in developed countries are defined as the improvement of the main dimensions of national development ; the development of people, economic, political, cultural and ecological development, and to improve the quality of life of all sections of the population. All these aspects should be achieved through the lifelong learning, using all forms of education: formal, non-formal and informal. The overall aim of this research was to define, analyse and evaluate basic action- evaluation research questions, goals and methodological approaches for youth non-formal education projects, programs and the problem of outcome measuring ; with an emphasis of soft skills internalisation processes. The paper is oriented towards discussion of research questions and goals, set up in non-formal education evaluation research process, as well as towards the analysis of specific ways of indirect measures of internalisation processes success regarding soft skills development with involved youth. Research refers to evaluation research experience with Erasmus Youth Exchange projects and number of research cases. It uses a specific methodological survey approach that includes measurement of internalisation level regarding soft skills and social values, with indicators such as self- assessment scales, assessment of importance scales, concept recognition questions and similar.
