Sažetak
Nakon uvodnog izlaganja novog pristupa problematici odnosa državnog suvereniteta i međunarodnih kaznenih tribunala, autor razmatra odluku o subpoeni donijetu u slučaju Blaškić te mogući model rješavanja sukoba interesa između država i međunarodnog pravosuđa. Nadalje, autor razmatra problematiku sukoba interesa u svjetlu Rimske konferencije, kao i problematiku državnog interesa s obzirom na nadležnost Međunardnog tribunala za bivšu Jugoslaviju.
