Sažetak
In the condition of globalisation, i.e., in a dynamically changing environmentin which, primarily, quantitative and qualitative changes in the needs of the consumers are taking place on the market, it is of crucial importance for Croatian enterprises to position themselves - especially in relation to foreign competitors. The enterprises of Croatia must clearly join the process of creating sustainable competitive advantage as a specific guarantee of their business future. Competitive advantage can be gained from a range of sources, including technology, differences in supply, or product differentiation. Competitive must concentrate on such activities and on their competence to build sustainable competitive advantage and therefore create value greater than that of their competitors.
