Sažetak
Crystal data: (A) C_2_4H_2_5MoNO_6, Mr = 519.39, monoclinic, a = 13.142(3), b = 11.080(2), c = 16.011(3) Å, beta = 102.84(3), V = 2273.1(8) Å^3, Z = 4, space group P21/n, Dcalc = 1.518 g cm^-^3, F(000) = 1064, (MoK) = 0.617 mm^-^1, lambda(MoK_alfa) = 0.7107 Å, (B) C_1_1H_1_5MoNO_6, Mr = 353.18, monoclinic, a = 6.9552(5), b = 15.186(2), c = 12.8166(14) Å, beta = 96.892(9), V = 1343.9(2) Å^3, Z = 4, space group P21/c, Dcalc = 1.746 g cm^-^3, F(000) = 712, lambda(MoK_alfa) = 0.997 mm^-^1, lambda(MoK_alfa) = 0.7107 Å. The structures were solved by Patterson and Fourier method, and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedure assuming anisotropic thermal parameters for all non-H atoms. Refinement converged at R(F) = 0.063 for 2998 reflections with I > 2>(I) and 274 refined parameters, wR(F2) = 0.163 for all 3880 data (for A), and R(F) = 0.046 for 2900 reflections with I > 2>(I) and 174 refined parameters, wR(F2) = 0.129 for all 3888 data (for B). In both mononuclear molecules Mo(VI) atoms are coordinated by two terminal oxo-O ligands and one O from methanol molecule. However, Schiff bases are coordinated in a different way: in (A) monodentate ligand molecule is coordinated through oxygen atom from naphthaldimine part, with the additionally coordinated bidentate acetylacetone ligand. In (B) tridentate ligand is coordinated through two oxygen atoms (one from salicylaldiminato part of the ligand and one from N-supstituent) and imino nitrogen atom, thus satisfying octahedral coordination of metal atom.
