Sažetak
Nowadays trends require changes within corporate organizations, both in regard to their internal organization, and in the aspect of searching for new inter-corporate associations. In recent years we bear witness to an increased number of new concepts, emerged in the field of organizational research, representing new challenges to field experts and managers. There is no doubt that the so-called network organizational integration represents one of the most popular organizational concepts at the turn of the century. It is equally possible to argue that the expansion and importance of network organizational structures will further grow in the future. Inter-corporate integration is expected to gain importance and assume different form and dimensions compared to the ones we are familiar with today. The e-business community (EBC) is an important part of this new organizational paradigm. The e-business communities represent a new competitive space for all industries as well as companies from transition countries.
