Sažetak
Delayed flights are common occurence in Europe and globally, hence the EU law (- the Flight Delay Compensation Regulation No. 261/2004) entitles the passangers to compensation under these circumstances. The author comments on the newest developments in the CJEU case law (Joined Cases C-274/16, C-447/16 and C-448/16, decide on 7 March 2018) regarding the jurisdiction of the courts of different Member States in cases in which there are two-legged flights taking off and landing in three different Member States.
