Sažetak
In the contemporary ever-changing environment universities should seek paths to answer to the key stakeholder expectations. A project-orientation (in both scientific and practical research) could help them in reaching its goals. The purpose of this paper is to present the role of PMOs and its contribution to the projects’ and university’s success. The paper explores the challenges of PMO implementation in the higher education environment on the chosen best practices. The research is based on the second data synthesis and analysis, and on the comparative approach in the case-studies analysis.
