Sažetak
In this paper we introduce a class of restricted compositions. We prove that this class appears as a combinatorial interpretation of a generalized third order recursive sequences. Further identities are also proved. In particular, we show that the difference of the $n$-th $r$-tribonacci number and the sum of its three predecessors is the $n$-th regular polytopic number.
