Sažetak
Application of genetic algortihm in prediction of chromatographic retention in TLC is reported. The performace of GA is tested regarding parameters: number of generation, population size, mutation probability and crossover probability. The algortihm is applied in prediction of RF-value of triazine pesticede atrazin in reverse phase TLC.
